Q: What does your warranty cover on screen replacements and batteries?
A: We offer lifetime warranty on our screens for any defects excluding physical and or water damage. Warranty covers screen lift, glitching, ghosting, and not working. You receive 1 FREE replacement during your lifetime warranty. Batteries come with 1 year warranty. Warranty covers defects on the battery including boot loop, not holding charge, draining fast. However, other things can cause battery drains, boot loops. The device would be inspected before replacing the battery under your warranty
Q: Are you an Authorized Apple or Samsung Provider?
A: We are not licensed nor authorized by Apple to do any repairs on their devices. Repairs performed by us could void warranty through the phone manufacture. However, we offer lifetime warranty and stand by our product! Our screens have been tested and quality controlled before shipping to us from our supplier. Our return rate is less than 5%
Q: If I mail my device to you, do I pay return shipping?
A: Yes! Customer is responsible for shipping here and back. Devices must be paid for repair and shipping cost back before we send it! Tracking number is also provided.
Q: Will my phone be water resistant after any repair when opening?
A: We do not guarantee water resistance after any repair when we open a device. However, we do apply a new seal and clamp down for at least an hour.
Q: What if you don't have a screen or other parts for my device?
A: We would discuss prices in store with customer about screen cost, and would have to order the part in! Most parts come within 2 - 3 business day. Usually same day repair once we have the part in stock. Customers MUST prepay before ordering part as it's a special request.
Q: Would I lose data during repairs?
A: Customer is responsible for backing data up before bringing devices in for repair. There is a 1% chance of data loss during repairs. It's minimal but we recommend always backing up to your computer or on the cloud.
Q: How long does it take to fix my device?
A: Most screen replacements are done within 1 - 2 hours! If parts need to be ordered, there will be delays up to 3 business days!
Q: How long do computer repairs take?
A: Most computer repairs such as hard drive replacements, ram replacements, Windows Reinstall, and or MacOS are fixed same day! We understand customers require their devices for personal and work purposes so we want to offer the best and fastest service possible!
Q: How does finance work?
A: We offer finance for repairs and sales. We require customers to go through a credit check which only takes about 3 minutes and would know if customer is approved on the spot for finance. Q: Does Rice Work For Phones & Computers?
A: No! Rice does not do anything for electronics. Once water enters the device, corrosions starts to form that causes short circuiting, and the device to stop working. The best thing to do is to NOT turn it on or charge it. Also, the device should be put into the sun for several hours too dry. We recommend bringing the device in as we use specialized equipment (Ultrasonic Machine) to clean liquid damaged motherboards.
